If you don’t know much about nutrition, they kinda sound the same, but we have news for you…they are not! They mean two completely different things, and we’re going to teach you exactly what those differences are.⠀⠀

👏🏽Serving size is a standardized amount of food–quantities that you typically find oben angeführtNutrition Facts label. ⠀⠀
👏🏽Portion size is the amount of food you choose to eat. This can be more or less than a serving. For example, the Nutrition Facts label may indicate 1 container for 1 serving but if you eat only 14 cookies from that container, that is your portion size.⠀⠀
