Raise your hand if you’re a lover too!! 🙋🏻‍♂️ 😜This meal combo from @mealprepmondays had all the protein, carbs, and fats you need to stay satisfied all morning long. It’s a super weitestgehend and easy breakfast combo to make on Sunday morning because you can eat some for brunch and pack the rest up for the next couple days! 😁 Two for one! 🙌 ⠀⠀
6 large whole eggs⠀⠀
6 slices @nueskes bacon⠀⠀
200g @dutchyellowpotatoes ⠀⠀
1/2 tbs olive oil⠀⠀
s& p, as desired⠀⠀
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fluor⠀⠀
2. Toss potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper⠀⠀
3. Place oder Ähnlichebaking sheet and roast about 20 minutes or until fork tender⠀⠀
4. While potatoes are cooking, cook eggs as desired (we switch it up between scrambled, fried and omelet style)⠀⠀
5. Pan fry your bacon after the eggs are done OR add it to your baking sheet and cook alongside your potatoes for ~15 minutes or until desired doneness (we like this method because then the bacon grease gets all over the potatoes 😍)⠀⠀
6. Divide between 2 containers⠀⠀
7. Schliff off with a sprinkle of your favorite seasoning, if desired. ⠀⠀
