  • I just baked this and it is AMAZING. I only had pumpkin spice at home (no cinnamon) so subbed the spices and put turbinado sugar on top. It’s not too sweet like some of these loaves and amazing with vanilla ice cream as a dessert. So glad I didn’t let a can of almost expired pumpkin puree go to waste!
