  1. Love Kombucha! I think its worth nothing that many of the mass produced products add more sugar after the fermenting process to make it more palatable to the masses so refined sugar content can be super high. So many amazing benefits squashed by adding unnecessary sugar. Great post!

  2. I have tried different brands of kombucha and I finally found a favorite. It’s called bootlegger. It is a Minnesota brand which is where I am at the moment. 😊

  3. This one (clear mind) is my new favorite!! It’s a bit sweeter than I like, but the minty flavor is nice
