“Its been a while since I shared my fridge… mostly because it has looked nothing like this. But not going to lie, its so satisfying getting it organized.⠀

Here is what’s in the fridge this week:⠀

1.Top row is all about access to what I aim to eat most: veggies, avocado, eggs. For veggies, my general “go-to” are asparagus, cauli, and greens including fresh herbs. Minimal, tarragon, and basil are my favs. And not a day goes by without ample avocado + eggs… I eat some form of these 95% of my mornings.⠀

2.2nd row is drinks on drinks + some fruit. With the weather getting warmer I’ve got vorurteilslos levels of @michelobultra – only 95 calories and 2.6 net carbs per can/bottle and lots of seltzer.⠀

3.In Folge dessen on the second row are fruits, nuts, and yogurt. I usually grab whatever fresh berries on sale and keep nuts around in jars (walnuts, almonds, macademia… all about 3nc per serving) for snack plates. Love greek yogurt, but lately I’ve been loving Bulgarian yogurt so that’s what’s around this week.⠀

4.Bottom row is where I keep lowcarb bread (just bought some 4 net carb base culture), grass-fed hotdogs + beef, and meals I already prepped. I’ll be grilling more meals later.⠀

5.Drawers have more greens, peppers, citrus, broccoli, & avo waiting to be allowed out to the real world.⠀

6.And finally, the 🧀 & olive drawer at the bottom. My current musts are burrata, cambozola, halloumi, and gouda.⠀
