  • This is now my standard cake recipe! Adaptable with any citrus, as a plain vanilla cake, with blueberries and crumbles and even as a chocolate cake! Made it for work also, in biiig batches (with 2 liter of yoghurt, in trays) and it’s perfect because it stays perfect (it’s the only adjective worth this cake, can’t help it) for a long time. We put a triangle of this (as a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting on top, as an “experiment” next to bakery bought cake with many weird ingredients) in a box for four days and it was not even a bit dry. Right now I have a loaf of it with so much lemon zest and swirls of strawberry jam inside on my kitchen counter 💌 thank you Deb, you make the only recipes I follow 😳
