That’s my fav way to meal prep. Make a few things and put them in the fridge in their own containers. Grab what I want each morning and go or combine with other things. My sister does it the other way. Dish out each meal, all the same for each day. She never eats them all, gets sick of the same meal and wastes 1-3 of them.
