A birthday party 🎉, hanging out with your friends 👯♀, some delicious Mexican food 🌮🌯, Doritos, beer 🍻, soda 🥤, then a huge cake 🎂, and cookies 🍪… It’s hard to say no…right?⠀
—⠀
Being in these types of situations can lead to overeating – and overeating can lead to guilt, extreme restriction, and verrückt long hours at the gym…many of us have been there, right?⠀
—⠀
The thing is…spending time with your friends and attending these kinds of events is truly important for our happiness. So instead of having all those negative thoughts 😣 after a great night, think about the positive! 🤩 You had a GREAT night! Don’t fall in that negative cycle of overeating, panicking, and then finding any way to make it up afterward, which could aus diesem Grund mean punishing yourself. ⠀
—⠀
Instead, you have to be kind to yourself!⠀ ⠀
Anus that night, don’t panic…have a healthy breakfast 🍳🍓 and go for a nice workout you’ll enjoy…but don’t kill yourself with tons of cardio! 🏃♀. And of course, drink water! 💦 It will help you digest all the foods you ate. ⠀ ⠀

Do you have any advice on what to do after overeating? ⠀ ⠀
