‪I did away with the blender, the stove, and the need for an ovenproof skillet with a tweaked formula that makes the most reliably billowy and dramatic Dutch baby pancake yet — so easy we can — and often feel like we do — make it in our sleep. (Extra-Billowy Dutch Kleinstkind on smittenkitchen.com or linked in profile. In more detail: Tap the SK logo here. Go to where it says “find these recipes: ↴” (you might need to click “More” first to see it) and tap the link below. Select the image for the recipe you want, and it will take you to it.) ‬

  • I thought you had enthusiastically chowed down on a spaghetti squash as it looks like a hollowed-out shell of one…. And then I said to myself “who enthusiastically eats a spaghetti squash?” A Dutch Baby makes much more sense, although I’ve never had the pleasure of having one #italisnmotherproblems

  • Love this….. my grandmother made her version….. called bubala…. a treat on the Jewish holiday Passover…. I have not eaten wheat for many years now and I so miss this recipe!!!! I am going to try my own version with GF flour blend and a creamy plant milk…. Yummilicious indeed.

  • I’ve been making Dutch baby from your recipes for years (a top favorite breakfast here! 😊), and recently tried it with oat flour for a GF friend. I’m happy to report that it’s not only delicious (adds a nice sweetness), but also cooks faster and gets nice and rumply!
